Dedicated to Excellence

Journey ABA’ key employees are Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and registered behavior technicians (RBTs) who want to work with diverse individuals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The entire clinical team is led by a BCBA-D with specialized expertise in assessment and treatment of severe challenging behavior and providing services to adolescents and adults, which many agencies/providers lack.

Our VP of clinical services, Dr. Nicole Hausman, is a doctoral-level BCBA and has over 16 years of experience working with individuals throughout the lifespan who exhibit very severe forms of challenging behavior, such as SIB, aggression, property destruction, and elopement. Nicole has published over 20 peer-reviewed research papers in journals such as the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Analysis in Practice, Behavioral Interventions, and the International Journal of Developmental Disabilities. Nicole also has years of experience providing training and mentorship to many aspiring and newly credentialed BCBAs through her work with the University of Maryland Baltimore County, the University of Massachusetts-Lowell, and The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
